Senior Honorary Fellow

After doing doctoral research in the area of international Relations, he has, over the years, gradually moved to urban affairs, development problematique, civil society and Third World movements. He has held faculty positions at the Indian School of International Studies, New Delhi, Delhi School of Social Work, Delhi University and Sri Ram Centre for Industrial Relations and Human Resources. More recently, he was a Visiting Chair at the Graduate School of International Business and Law at Yokohama National University in Japan. He has collaborated with several scholarly networks: Human and Social Development Programme of the United Nations University, Tokyo, University of Alicante, Spain and Fundacion Bariloche, Argentina. He has authored three books and several articles in learned journals.
